Sales Department

General Sales Manager - opportunity to lead a sales team & create an exceptional buying experience for guests. This role is responsible for selecting, training, coaching, developing & retaining the best sales managers & consultants for the dealership, driving high performance.
    Experience: 3-5 years of Automotive Management experience, other management and automotive experience recognized 

Sales Manager - leads the sales team in creating an exceptional experience for guests. This role is also responsible for selecting, training and coaching sales consultants, driving high-level performance and achieving targeted profit margins while delighting guests along the way.
    Experience: 1-3 years of Automotive Management experience, other management and automotive experience recognized

Sales Consultant - Responsible for selling new and used vehicles at gross profit, retaining customers and volume standards that will ensure the number one spot for the dealership in the local market and the region.
    Experience: Sales and/or Customer Service Experience encouraged

Receptionist - Intercepts and routes incoming calls, takes thorough messages, & provides basic information to callers in a courteous and professional manner.
    Experience: No experience necessary, Customer Service Experience encouraged

Service & Parts Department

Service Advisor - Help guests with their vehicle maintenance & repair needs. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting the guests, scheduling daily service in an organized & optimized fashion, balancing the capacity of the service infrastructure & staff, providing and exceptional experience for guests.
    Experience: 1-3 years of Service Advisor experience, other experience in Automotive Service recognized

Technician - Perform service work based on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
    Experience: Must have at least 5 years of Full Service Technician experience, or at least 2 years of Express Lube Technician experience. ASE Certification preferred.

Express Technician - Perform service work based on repair order with efficiency and accuracy. Specialize in Express Lube tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations.
    Experience: 1 year of Lube Service Experience encouraged

Service & Sales Valet - Assist guests coming in, both as walk-ins and for appointments. Help manage service lane traffic flow and parking in general.
    Experience: No experience necessary

Parts Counterperson - Sells parts to all customers over the counter, through the shop, or over the phone. This roles also assists in maintaining and overseeing Parts inventory.
    Experience: 1-3 years of Parts experience, other experience in Parts and Automotive Service recognized.

Finance Department

Finance Manager - Creates a "haggle-free" sales environment. The Finance Manager will make credit decisions, submit deal structures to lenders for approval and help bridge any disconnects in the sales process. This role is required to find the right finance and insurance products for every guest, regardless of their situation or background.
    Experience:  1-3 years of Automotive Sales and/or Financing Experience encouraged
